The Center for Nonprofits @ JTL Shops (formerly Family Resource Center) has been serving the families of Northwest Arkansas and beyond for over ten years. It was a dream of the late Bernice Young Jones, founder of the Jones Center for Families, to have a central location of agencies and services. Her wishes were for a building where agencies could all be housed together, with nominal charges for utilities and space use. Many of the agencies have called the Center home since the doors opened to the public in 1996.  The Center currently houses approximately 40 nonprofit organizations, offering a variety of services to the public, in a single, conveniently-located facility.

Costs:

Most non profit organizations who relocate to the Center for Nonprofits will realize direct savings on their current rent and utility costs, thus freeing up those funds to provide direct services to their clients and/or programs.
