The ability of nonprofits to provide quality affordable services to the community depends on their ability to effectively utilize their financial resources.  Affordable administrative space allows them to lower their overhead costs and instead use those resources for direct program and service delivery.

At the Center for Nonprofits (CFN), nonprofit tenants will benefit from program collaboration opportunities and sharing of resources.  A partial list of amenities that will be provided, include:

• free and ample parking for clients and employees;
• the Center is on an Ozark Transit bus route, providing an economical transportation alternative;
• shared multipurpose space, including meeting rooms for large or small groups, including an auditorium with seating for 150.  Tenants can utilize this space for small conferences, board meetings; and special events.
• office spaces of varying sizes for established; as well as recently created nonprofit organizations;
• stable, affordable rent and utilities, allowing nonprofits to re-allocate those funds into direct services for their clients and the community;
• a varied tenant base, allowing nonprofits opportunities to network and share ideas;
• in the near future, the Center will have on-site catering and food preparation services, to be provided through NWACC's Culinary Art's program
• once renovation is complete, the Center will be able to accommodate fund-raising events in-house
